Thanks to ISABELLE for the wonderful card from QUEBEC.
Quebec is a predominantly French-speaking province in eastern Canada.
The card shows The Château Frontenac one of a historic luxury hotel located in Quebec City. It is located in the Old Quebec district overlooking the St. Lawrence River from the Dufferin Terrace. Inaugurated in 1893, it was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1981. The hotel is in the Chateau style, inspired in particular by the French Renaissance (in 1457) and the castles of the Loire.
The Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is said to be the most photographed hotel in the world.

A sundog is what happens when sunlight hits ice crystals in the Earth’s atmosphere, and scatters the light.
It creates the illusion of two different, smaller suns beside the sun — with rings around them. It’s a rare meteorological phenomenon, especially when the ring is full.
